If you’re pregnant and want to help improve your baby’s health while prioritizing your own, look no further. Feed Your Pregnant BodyTM is the second program in the Feed Your Body Grow Your Family™ Suite by Sara Russell, Ph.D, NTP, CGP. 

The six-week program covers many of the biggest topics surrounding pregnancy with a heavy focus on nutrition. You’ll learn how to feel your best while eating foods rich in the nutrients that support healthy development.

The tips in this program will not only guide you toward the enjoyment of nutrient-dense foods that are essential to you and your baby’s health, but they will also provide the knowledge and strategies to help prevent (where possible) and limit symptoms that often occur during pregnancy. These include nausea, fatigue, cravings for sugars and starches, reflux, heartburn and more. The nutritional and lifestyle recommendations are designed to help you feel better throughout pregnancy, have an easier labor, delivery and postpartum recovery, and have a healthier baby.

  • Navigate a module each week followed by a 90min session led by yours truly.
  • Choose from group sessions or a one-on-one format.
  • Classes are offered in-person or virtually at scheduled intervals throughout the year.
