This new season, especially for first-time parents, can bring so many questions, fears, concerns, anxieties, etc. As a mother of two myself, we often Google the best way to do x, y, or z, and a million and one blogs populate, all giving us their version of what is best. This course takes out the guesswork. Feed Your Growing FamilyTM covers a range of topics (the most pivotal ones) for both mom and baby, all backed by scientific research. It is the last program in the Feed Your Body Grow Your Family ™ Suite by Sara Russell, Ph.D, NTP, CGP. 

I would argue that postpartum is when mom’s need and deserve support the most. Your body has just gone through an immense amount of change, and now you have a baby to care for night and day! This six-week program helps you navigate the deep healing process that has to take place post-pregnancy while simultaneously providing additional resources for your baby. Take away lasting information that will benefit you and your family for years to come.
